After seeing this video, I will be going back and adding a 15PSI regulator prior to my shut-off valve to lower the pressure to prevent oil buildup in the hose.
Gas Grill Setup
Is there some kind of secret to getting this T adapter to not leak? Of course your system may be a little different, but these details will hopefully make it easy for your to get your grill connected to your RV, and toss those canisters figuratively, of course.
In simpler terms will the bbq work properly with 2 regulators? Is the fitting the same ie, remove the regulator, hook up the hose, etc.
October 23, at 6: All of the parts listed are exactly what we used… so if a picture looks wrong, the part should still be correct. Herb — No worries! Before you use the grill again, have a qualified service technician inspect your cylinder.

Tips & Warnings
Store propane cylinders outdoors in an upright vertical position. The best solution is to have a gas fitter check for you.
Those little canisters cost more and are bad for the planet. March 27, at 5: Our tank is mounted between the chassis propanes with remote fill and vent fittings at the side of the coach. Another big rule is that if it is real windy, have someone hold up a shield of some kind or hook up products the grill to an area where it is less windy to keep the wind from blowing out the flame or match.

The way I solved this was to purchase a 20 lb propane tank that comes equipped with most home grills. The new line the plumber installed to the grill comes off the house line manifold inside the house AFTER the regulator for the inside house line propane hook up house the regulator is just outside the house. I have a tank with a different kind of hook up; it looks like an air coupler - where can I get this hook of hook up to insert into the tank?
Some great advice on this page. In my case I had the plumbers run a gas line outside just under the deck when we built the house. I just bought a motorhome that has a tee after the tank regular with copper tubing and a quick disconnect on the other side.
